Your plant gets cleaned between shifts, not during them
Cleaning for warehouses, distribution space and light industrial buildings in Central Massachusetts, scheduled between shifts so the work never puts anyone in a forklift path.
Industrial parks off 495 and out toward the Worcester line run second and third shift, and a cleaner who shows up at seven at night is standing in the way. Scheduling is the first conversation: which door, which hours, whose shift lead signs us in, and where forklift traffic runs while our people are on the ground. All of that goes in writing before anyone starts work.
Production areas, machinery and anything requiring lockout stay with your maintenance group. Ours covers the parts that wear people down: offices, restrooms, break areas, locker banks, the front entry a customer sees, and the hard flooring that goes dull without a scrubber. Everyone on site is vetted, insured, and briefed on your safety rules, including the vest and the eye protection when your plant requires them.
What the program covers
- Auto scrub open flooring and main walking aisles
- Sweep and detail edges, corners and under racking
- Clean and restock restrooms and locker banks each visit
- Wipe break area tables, counters and appliance fronts
- Damp wipe dock plates, bumpers and door tracks
- Vacuum front office carpet and clean the entry glass
- High dust racking beams and light fixtures on rotation
- Empty trash throughout and stage it where you direct
Four things we hear before we start
These four come up in nearly every walkthrough of a warehouses. If any of them sound like your building, they belong in the scope.
Grit settling on racking beams above the pick face.
Dock plates black with grime nobody claims to own.
Break area refrigerator that has become a group problem.
Mezzanine stairs ignored because reaching them takes effort.
Tell us about the property
The walkthrough is free and nobody is going to sell you anything at it. We look, we ask what has been going wrong, and we put the number and the list in writing. You decide after that.
- We come out at no cost and with nothing to sign
- A room by room list in writing, not a promise on the phone
- One flat price per visit, never a running clock
- Certificate of insurance sent to your building on request
- The same cleaner comes back to your address
- A week of notice ends a home plan, no penalty
