Scheduling is the first conversation: which door, which hours, whose shift lead signs us in, and where forklift traffic runs while our people are on the ground. All of that goes in writing before anyone starts work.
Production areas, machinery and anything requiring lockout stay with your maintenance group. Ours covers the parts that wear people down: offices, restrooms, break areas, locker banks, the front entry a customer sees, and the hard flooring that goes dull without a scrubber. Everyone on site is vetted, insured, and briefed on your safety rules, including the vest and the eye protection when your plant requires them.
