The same maid service, the same person, every visit
Maid service in Central Massachusetts at a flat price per visit, with the same cleaner every time and a room by room list you approve first.
Maid service and house cleaning are the same job here. Different people search for different words, so we use both. What you get either way is a standing visit at a flat price, agreed before anyone starts, covering the rooms you and the cleaner walked through together. Nothing on that list is optional on our end, and nothing gets added to your bill without you saying yes first.
A standing visit is the whole kitchen, every bathroom, the bedrooms, the living areas, and the stairs and hallways between them. Floors get vacuumed and mopped, surfaces get wiped, glass gets done, beds get made, trash goes out. In the 1900s triple deckers around Worcester that means narrow stairs and painted treads that show every footprint, so those get real time rather than a quick pass on the way out.
What a standing maid visit covers
- Kitchen counters cleared, wiped, and set back straight
- Toilets, tubs, and tile scrubbed, not just rinsed
- Beds made and bedroom floors vacuumed under the edges
- Radiator fins vacuumed where baseboard heat bakes dust on
- Mirrors and inside glass wiped down streak free
- Trash pulled and fresh liners in every room
- Door handles, switches, and railings wiped by hand
- Hard floors damp mopped, corners and edges included
Why the same cleaner matters
Your address gets one cleaner, and that person keeps it. By the third visit they know the guest bath goes unused for months, which window sticks, and where you keep the mop bucket you would rather they use on the entry tile. That knowledge does not exist on paper anywhere. It only builds when the same hands do the same rooms, and it is why the second month looks better than the first.
There is no contract on a home. Book weekly, every other week, monthly, or once, and stop whenever you want. If the cleaner is out sick we tell you and offer a different day rather than sending a stranger without asking. We bring every product, cloth, and machine, including eco friendly options at no extra charge if you ask for them. Call (774) 778-3120 and we will set up a walkthrough.
Questions about maid service
If your question is not here, call and ask. We would rather tell you a smaller job is enough than sell you a bigger one.
Is maid service different from house cleaning?
Not here. Some people search for maid service, some search for house cleaning, and both land on the same visit and the same flat price. The only real difference is how deep the first clean goes, and we settle that at the walkthrough before you agree to anything.
Do I have to be home during the visit?
No. Most clients leave a key or a door code and go to work. You get a text when the cleaner arrives and another when the visit is finished. If you want to be there the first time to walk the rooms together, that works fine too.
How often do most people book a maid?
Every other week is the most common in this area, weekly for busy households with kids or pets, monthly for people who keep up between visits. You can change the frequency any time. Nothing needs to be canceled in writing and nothing rolls over automatically.
Tell us about the property
The walkthrough is free and nobody is going to sell you anything at it. We look, we ask what has been going wrong, and we put the number and the list in writing. You decide after that.
- We come out at no cost and with nothing to sign
- A room by room list in writing, not a promise on the phone
- One flat price per visit, never a running clock
- Certificate of insurance sent to your building on request
- The same cleaner comes back to your address
- A week of notice ends a home plan, no penalty
