- How We Work
How an account with us actually runs
Six steps from the first message to a standing visit you stop thinking about. You only have to show up for one of them.
The sequence
None of this is clever. What is rare is a company writing it down and then actually doing it every week, which is the whole point.
Tell us about the place
Call, text or send the form. Rooms, square footage, pets, how often you want us, anything that has gone wrong with a cleaner before. Photos help and take you two minutes.
Free walkthrough
For most homes and every commercial building we come out and look, at no cost. Half an hour for a house. It is the only honest way to price a job and the only way to catch what a phone call misses.
Flat quote and the list
You get one number per visit and the room by room list of what that number buys. Nothing is implied. Add or remove anything before you agree to a first visit.
First clean
Most homes start with a deep clean so the standing visits have something real to hold. If your place does not need one, we will say so and quote the regular visit instead.
The same cleaner, on your day
You get a fixed day and a fixed arrival window, and the same person keeps coming back. You get a message when they arrive and a message when they finish.
Say something and it changes
Anything you flag gets added to your list that day. Anything we miss gets redone free. The plan is supposed to follow the house, not the other way around.
Why we price the visit, not the hour
An hourly bill puts you and your cleaner on opposite sides of the same clock. Every minute they work faster is money they lose, and the only way to check the invoice is to stand in your own kitchen timing somebody.
A flat price moves that risk to us. A slow morning is our problem to solve. When your cleaner gets quicker because they have learned the house, you still pay the number we quoted and we keep the difference. Both sides end up wanting the same thing.
Why you get the same person every time
A rotating cleaner starts from nothing every visit. They do not know which conference room is never used, which floor cannot take standing water, or that the back door code changed in March. The result is a generic clean rather than yours.
One person keeps your address and stays on it. It makes our scheduling harder every single week, and it is the main reason people stay with us for years.
What happens on the day something goes wrong
Something will. A room gets skipped, a lamp gets knocked, or a snow squall on Route 2 turns a nine o clock into a ten fifteen. What matters is the next hour, not the apology.
You call or text us directly. If it was on your list and it got missed, we come back and redo it free, with nothing to argue about, because the list was agreed before the first visit. If something got damaged, tell us, we document it and the insurance handles it.
How we work, in detail
If your question is not here, call and ask. We would rather tell you a smaller job is enough than sell you a bigger one.
How do you price a job?
Flat per visit, agreed before we start, never by the hour. Square footage, how many bathrooms, how much of the house is in use, how often we come, and what you want included. Once it is set it does not move unless you change what is on the list.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and the coverage is current. If your property manager, landlord or building needs a certificate of insurance naming them, send us the wording and we will have it issued and sent straight to them.
Do you use products that are safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Ask for the eco friendly plan and every product changes, not just the floor cleaner. It is common with young children, asthma in the house, cats that walk on counters, and stone that a general purpose spray would dull.
Do you clean in the winter, and what about snow days?
We work through the winter, which in this part of the state is half the year. If a storm makes the roads unsafe we call you that morning and move the visit, we do not just disappear. Salt and sand at the entries get handled every visit from December through April.
Tell us about the property
The walkthrough is free and nobody is going to sell you anything at it. We look, we ask what has been going wrong, and we put the number and the list in writing. You decide after that.
- We come out at no cost and with nothing to sign
- A room by room list in writing, not a promise on the phone
- One flat price per visit, never a running clock
- Certificate of insurance sent to your building on request
- The same cleaner comes back to your address
- A week of notice ends a home plan, no penalty
Straight answers
Calls outside those hours go to voicemail and get returned the next business morning.
Get your free walkthrough
Tell us where the place is and what it needs. You get the list and a flat price back, usually the same business day.
It starts with half an hour at your door.
The walkthrough is free, nothing is signed at it, and it is the only step you have to be there for.
