We measure, count restrooms and fixtures, look at your floor types, and ask what your last company kept missing. Then you get a scope by area and a flat price per visit. You read it, cut what you do not want, and we adjust the number before anything is signed.

After that, the same cleaner works your building. Turnover is what wrecks janitorial service, because every new person has to relearn which door sticks, which office is off limits, and where the alarm panel lives. We keep it steady and we check the work ourselves. If something on the scope gets missed, tell us and we come back and do it at no charge.
