A lot of cleaning quotes in this area are guesses. Ours is not. You get a flat price per visit before anyone walks through your door, and it holds unless you ask us to add rooms. The list of what gets cleaned is agreed with you first, room by room, so there is no debate later about whether the office counted. Same house, same cleaner, every time.

Houses here take a hard kind of beating. Wide pine and oak floors, common in older places around Berlin, Clinton and West Boylston, dull fast under the wrong cleaner and cannot be flooded with water. Finished basements sit below grade with less air moving through them, so the corners and the bottom of the stairs need real attention. Cleaners carry eco friendly products and match them to the surface.

What the visit covers

• Kitchen counters cleared, wiped and put back straight
• Bathroom tubs and tile scrubbed down to the grout

What a flat price actually buys you

Hourly cleaning rewards a slow morning and punishes a fast one. Flat rate does the opposite. You know the number before the visit, the cleaner knows what is on the list, and nobody is watching the clock. If a job turns out bigger than the walkthrough suggested, that is on us for the visit, and we talk about it before the next one.

There is no contract to sign and nothing to cancel by certified mail. Book weekly, every other week, monthly or once. Stop whenever you want. The reason people stay is simpler than a contract: the same person learns your house, remembers that the guest bath gets used twice a year and that the dog sheds on the third stair, and works accordingly.
