Araújo's Cleaning is a family run cleaning company working across Central Massachusetts, built on one rule: nothing about your clean should be a guess.
Araújo's started as a small local operation cleaning homes around Berlin, Clinton and Lancaster, and it grew the way this trade actually grows, one neighbor telling another. That is also why the reviews sit at five stars across more than two hundred and sixty five of them, instead of at four point one across nine.
Growing that way sets a standard you cannot walk back from. In towns this size a bad Tuesday travels faster than any advertising, so the work has to hold up on the visit nobody is watching. Everything below is just the structure we put around that.
Why the price is agreed before anyone starts
Almost every complaint people bring us about their last cleaning company is a money story. The number went up after the first visit, an extra hour showed up on the invoice, or the quote quietly assumed the finished basement was not included.
So the number comes first here, and it is per visit, not per hour. You know what the visit costs before anyone parks in your driveway, and it only changes if you ask us to add something. A clock running in your house is not a service, it is a meter.
Why the same cleaner keeps your address
Sending whoever is free resets your home to zero every time. The new person does not know the guest bath is the one that matters, that the mudroom takes the worst of the winter, or that the dog bowl corner needs its own product. So what you get is an average clean instead of your clean.
Your address stays with one person. After three or four visits they stop reading the list and start moving through the place the way you would, which is usually when people stop arranging their day around us.
What we are not
Not a franchise and not a lead broker. Send the form here and it reaches us, not three contractors who buy your phone number and race each other to call you. The person who walks the property works here, and so does the person who cleans it.
We are also not the cheapest quote in your inbox and we will not pretend to be. Insurance, supplies, equipment and paying people properly all cost money that a cash outfit does not spend. What that buys you is a service you never have to check.
Where we work from
We are based in the Clinton area, which puts Worcester, Leominster, Marlborough, Framingham and the towns between them inside a short drive. Sixteen town pages on this site cover where the daily routes actually run, and the list of extra towns underneath is not a wish list, it is places we already go.

A flat price agreed before we start
You get the number for the visit before anyone comes out, and it holds. If you add rooms or add a service, you approve the change first. No clock, no surprise line at the end.
A room by room list you approve
What gets cleaned is written down and agreed with you up front, so there is never a debate about whether the office or the finished basement counted.
The same cleaner keeps your address
Your home or your building stays with the same person. After a few visits they know which room your eye goes to first, and you stop having to be there.
We bring everything
Products, vacuums, cloths, liners. Nothing gets billed back to you and nothing runs out on you. If a floor in your house needs one specific product, that product rides with us from then on.
Eco friendly products, on request
Kids, pets, asthma, a sensitive stone counter. Tell us and the whole visit switches to gentler products without changing what gets done.
Missed it, we come back free
Call or text within a day and we return to redo it at no charge. There is nothing to argue about, because what was included was agreed before the first visit.
