What this covers
These terms apply to the website and to any request sent through it. The cleaning work itself runs on the list and the agreement you receive after the walkthrough. Where a term here and that agreement disagree, the agreement you signed wins.
Quotes and prices
Any number given before a walkthrough is an estimate. A price becomes binding only once it is in writing and only after somebody has seen the property. A written quote holds for thirty days unless it says otherwise, and it assumes the property is in the state it was in when we looked at it.
Booking, changing and cancelling
A form is a request, not a booking. Nothing goes on the calendar until we confirm it with you. A home plan can be ended with a week of notice and there is no penalty for ending one. A single visit dropped with less than twenty four hours of notice can be billed at half, because a slot that late cannot be given to anyone else.
Commercial agreements end on the notice written into them, which is normally thirty days on either side.
Getting us in, and safety
Safe and lawful entry to the property is your side of this: keys, codes, alarms, dogs, and a heads up about anything that needs careful handling. Any area that is unsafe to work in will be left alone and you will be told which one and why.
If something is damaged
General liability and workers compensation coverage are in force. If something gets damaged, tell us within seventy two hours so it can be documented and settled. Damage that was already there, an item that was already failing, and a surface nobody flagged as needing a specific product are outside that.
What is on the site
The writing, the photographs, the Araújo's name and the Araújo's mark belong to Araújo's Cleaning. Copying or reusing them needs written permission first.

Massachusetts law governs these terms.
