- Church and Community Space Cleaning
The building is ready before Sunday, every Sunday
Cleaning for churches, parish halls and community buildings in Central Massachusetts, scheduled so the sanctuary is ready before Sunday and the hall is reset after Saturday.
Sunday is a deadline, not a preference. Whatever happened in the hall on Friday night, the sanctuary and the restrooms have to be right by the time the first car pulls into the lot. Our schedule is built backward from that, and it holds through funerals, weddings, food drives and the week the boiler acts up on a building off Route 12. The price stays the same either way.
Older church buildings in this part of the state run on radiators and baseboard heat, which pull dust up the walls and bake it onto the fins. That needs vacuuming rather than wiping, and it needs to sit on a rotation instead of being remembered in November. Committees also need a number they can approve once and budget against, so pricing is flat by the month.
What the program covers
- Vacuum sanctuary carpet, aisles, pews and kneeler bases
- Dust pew backs, hymnal racks, ledges and window frames
- Clean and mop fellowship hall flooring after events
- Reset and wipe folding tables and stacking chairs
- Vacuum radiator fins and baseboard heat covers monthly
- Clean and restock restrooms before every weekend service
- Disinfect nursery surfaces, cots and changing stations
- Clean entry glass, handrails and the vestibule flooring
Four things we hear before we start
These four come up in nearly every walkthrough of a churches and community spaces. If any of them sound like your building, they belong in the scope.
Pew backs and hymnal racks dusty by the holidays.
Coffee hour spills left on the fellowship hall vinyl.
Radiator fins packed with fuzz nobody has vacuumed.
Nursery cots and changing pads left to volunteers alone.
Tell us about the property
The walkthrough is free and nobody is going to sell you anything at it. We look, we ask what has been going wrong, and we put the number and the list in writing. You decide after that.
- We come out at no cost and with nothing to sign
- A room by room list in writing, not a promise on the phone
- One flat price per visit, never a running clock
- Certificate of insurance sent to your building on request
- The same cleaner comes back to your address
- A week of notice ends a home plan, no penalty
