Both, run as two separate programs. Homes are cleaned during the day on a residential checklist. Offices, practices, restaurants and warehouses are cleaned after hours with commercial equipment and a scope built around your floor plan. What they share is the flat price and the same person returning.

Flat per visit, agreed before we start, never by the hour. Square footage, how many bathrooms, how much of the house is in use, how often we come, and what you want included. Once it is set it does not move unless you change what is on the list.

Not for a home. Recurring cleaning runs visit to visit and you can stop with a week of notice. Commercial buildings usually run on a twelve month agreement because staff and equipment get committed to your site, and those carry a thirty day exit.

Yes, and the coverage is current. If your property manager, landlord or building needs a certificate of insurance naming them, send us the wording and we will have it issued and sent straight to them.

Most clients are not. Give us a code, a key or a lockbox once, we note it on your file and we lock up behind us. You get a text on arrival and on completion. If you would rather be there for the first visit, plenty of people do that too.

Tell us within a day and we come back and redo it at no charge. That is the whole policy. It works because what was included got agreed in writing before the first visit, so nobody is arguing about what should have been done.

Every visit, including the machines. Nothing is charged as an extra and nothing runs out. If you want us to use a product you already own on a specific floor or counter, leave it out and say so.

Yes. Ask for the eco friendly plan and every product changes, not just the floor cleaner. It is common with young children, asthma in the house, cats that walk on counters, and stone that a general purpose spray would dull.

We work through the winter, which in this part of the state is half the year. If a storm makes the roads unsafe we call you that morning and move the visit, we do not just disappear. Salt and sand at the entries get handled every visit from December through April.

That is how most commercial work runs here: evenings, overnight or before you open. Offices, dental practices, restaurants after close, retail before doors. We work around your hours, not the other way around.

A walkthrough usually happens within a couple of business days and the quote follows the same day. New recurring homes normally start the week after. Move out and rental turnovers we squeeze in faster when a closing date is driving it.
