An apartment is not a small house. Everything happens in fewer rooms, so the kitchen and bathroom carry almost all of the load and show wear first. This service puts the hours where they matter: the bathroom done properly, the kitchen degreased, floors edge to edge, and the entry handled because in a unit that is the first thing anyone sees.
Worcester triple deckers from the early 1900s come with their own problems. Old double hung sashes drop grit into the sill wells, storm windows trap dust between the panes, and the paint on the woodwork is thick enough that scrubbing has to be done with judgment. Newer condos along the commuter rail in Shrewsbury and Westborough are easier, but the tracks and vents still fill.

Buildings, stairs and the parts nobody claims
Renting does not mean settling for a lighter clean. If you are getting a deposit back at the end, the bathroom fan cover, the inside of the oven and the closet floors are what the landlord will look at, and those are exactly what a quick service skips. Everything on your list is written down before the first visit and checked against on every one after.
Access is the practical question in a multi unit building. Tell us how the cleaner gets in, whether there is a buzzer, a lockbox or a super, and where to park, because a lot of streets around Main South and downtown Clinton have no spot to leave a van. Once that is sorted, the same person handles it every visit and stops asking.

I have two cats. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Tell us their names and habits so the cleaner knows who bolts for the door and who hides. Litter areas get swept and the surrounding floor washed if you want that on the list. The products used are eco friendly and safe around animals once surfaces are dry.
Is a studio priced the same as a two bedroom?
No. The flat rate is built from the actual unit: number of bathrooms, kitchen size, floor type, condition and how often we come. A studio costs less than a two bedroom, and a two bedroom with one bathroom costs less than one with two. You get the number before booking.
Do you clean condo common areas too?
Hallways, lobbies and shared stairwells are commercial work and get quoted separately, usually through the association rather than an owner. If your board is looking, pass along the number. For your own unit, the entry inside your door is included and so is the landing if it is yours.
