Your office gets the same cleaner and a fixed price
Nightly and weekly cleaning for offices across Worcester and Central Massachusetts, with the scope agreed in writing, a flat price, and the same cleaner in your suite.
Most office accounts start the same way, with a walkthrough and a written scope before anybody touches a mop. What happens nightly, what happens weekly, what happens once a month: all of it goes on paper, and the price is set flat against that list. An older building in Hudson with tall windows and deep sills is not a newer suite in Northborough, so the two schedules should not match either.
Office suites attached to lab and biotech space in Westborough and Marlborough get a clear line drawn. The office side is ours. Anything inside the lab stays with your own staff, and our cleaners are trained to stop at that door. Everything used in your building arrives with the cleaner, including vacuums, microfiber and the paper stock if you would rather we buy it. Eco-friendly products are available at no extra charge.
