Eco friendly products on request, never an upcharge

Ask for eco friendly products and you get them, on every visit, at no extra charge. There is no green package to buy. The cleaner carries plant based cleaners, microfiber, and low fragrance options alongside the standard kit and uses whichever you asked for. If you have young kids, a cat that walks the counters, or a household member who reacts to scent, say so at the walkthrough.

We are also honest about the limits. Gentler chemistry needs more contact time and more physical work, especially on soap scum and cooked on grease. That is fine, because we are not paid by the hour and nobody is rushing to the next stop. Where a job genuinely calls for something stronger, like a toilet or a mold spot, we tell you first and let you decide.

What green cleaning does not mean

Green does not mean water and vinegar on everything. Vinegar will etch a stone counter and does nothing useful on a bathroom floor. It means choosing the mildest product that actually does the job on that surface, using the right dilution, and giving it the contact time listed on the label. Most of what makes a room clean is mechanical anyway: agitation, a clean cloth, and rinsing.

Air matters as much as chemistry in a closed up house. Central Massachusetts homes run shut for months, and humid basements in July hold a smell that no spray fixes. We vacuum with sealed filtration so dust goes into the bag instead of back into the room, change cloths between rooms, and crack a window when the weather allows. The result is a house that smells like nothing.
