Every sector runs a different scope, schedule and set of equipment. A dental practice needs a protocol and a training record. A warehouse needs a scrubber and a shift that stays out of the forklift lanes.

What a commercial agreement here actually says

A facility manager does not need a brochure. They need to know what was promised, who is coming, and who picks up the phone when it is wrong.

  • A scope of work written area by area and task by task
  • One contact with a direct number, not a ticket queue
  • The same cleaning team assigned to your building
  • Restrooms serviced and restocked to a written count
  • General liability and workers compensation, certificate on request
  • Keys, fobs and alarm codes controlled in writing
  • A walkthrough with your facility contact every month
  • Thirty days notice to end it, and that runs both ways

Need the certificate of insurance first? Ask for it on the form and it goes to your building or property manager the same week, naming them if they need that.

FAQ

Commercial questions

If your question is not here, call and ask. We would rather tell you a smaller job is enough than sell you a bigger one.

How do you price a job?

Flat per visit, agreed before we start, never by the hour. Square footage, how many bathrooms, how much of the house is in use, how often we come, and what you want included. Once it is set it does not move unless you change what is on the list.

Is there a contract to sign?

Not for a home. Recurring cleaning runs visit to visit and you can stop with a week of notice. Commercial buildings usually run on a twelve month agreement because staff and equipment get committed to your site, and those carry a thirty day exit.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, and the coverage is current. If your property manager, landlord or building needs a certificate of insurance naming them, send us the wording and we will have it issued and sent straight to them.

Which towns do you actually cover?

Worcester and the towns around it: Shrewsbury, Westborough, Northborough, Marlborough, Hudson, Berlin, Clinton, Lancaster, Bolton, Sterling, West Boylston, Holden, Leominster, Fitchburg and out to Framingham. If your address is close to that line, call and ask.

Free walkthrough

Tell us about the property

The walkthrough is free and nobody is going to sell you anything at it. We look, we ask what has been going wrong, and we put the number and the list in writing. You decide after that.

  • We come out at no cost and with nothing to sign
  • A room by room list in writing, not a promise on the phone
  • One flat price per visit, never a running clock
  • Certificate of insurance sent to your building on request
  • The same cleaner comes back to your address
  • A week of notice ends a home plan, no penalty

First, what brings you here?

Nothing gets resold and nobody else gets your number. Your phone and email are used to price this one job. Sending the form does not book anything, we confirm with you first.

Send the floor plan and your hours. You get a scope back.

A commercial quote comes after walking the building with your facility contact, and it lands in writing with the task list attached.
