The details we take
The quote form asks for your name, a phone number, an email address, whatever you type about the property, and the day and time you pick if you book a walkthrough. The careers form asks for the same contact details plus the role, the shifts you can work and your experience.
The site also records ordinary web analytics: which pages you opened, which site sent you here, and the click identifier an ad platform adds to the address, such as gclid or fbclid.
What it is used for
Your details are used to price the job you asked about, to arrange the visit and to reach you about it. Career details are used to consider you for a role. Nothing on this site is sold, rented or handed to another cleaning company, and nobody is added to a mailing list from a quote request.
Cookies and ad measurement
Google tags on this site run in consent aware mode. Until you answer the banner they run without cookies and store no advertising identifier. Say yes and a form or a phone call can be matched to the campaign you arrived from. Say no and every page keeps working exactly as it did, with cookieless measurement only.
Clearing this site data in your browser resets the answer and the banner comes back.
How long it is kept
A quote request is kept while we are quoting or cleaning the property and for two years after that, for accounting and in case of a dispute. A job application is kept for a year, or less if you ask us to drop it sooner.
Getting a copy, a fix or a deletion
Email contact@araujoscleaning.com and ask for a copy of what is held, a correction, or a deletion. You get an answer inside thirty days. If a deletion is asked for while we are actively cleaning the property, we will say which parts have to stay for accounting and why.
Young visitors
Nothing here is aimed at children and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under thirteen.
